Lexus presented the LFA at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show last week, the culmination of four years and two show cars. In the sales race between pony cars, the Chevrolet Camaro is beginning to leave the Ford Mustang in the dust. The Camaro has steadily outpaced the Ford Mustang for the first four months this year--the Camaro beat the Mustang by 2,672 sales in April alone. For the year to date, Chevrolet has sold 30,824 Camaros, compared with Ford's 23,599 Mustangs.
Batteries on Tesla in danger of complete failure
It’s reported that the batteries on the Tesla Roadster are being destroyed if the car is left to completely discharge. Cost to replace is £25k. We’ve long questioned just how reliable batteries in electric cars will be in the long run.
